I’ve seen this invocation a few times online and found a wonderfully informative explanation of its origin and background. I’d like to add that when I say this invocation in my daily routine, instead of the visuals described below I created my own and would encourage you to do the same if the visuals he gives do not resonate with you. His are too detailed and it’s hard for me to say words and hold elaborate visuals at the same time and if it’s too complicated it makes me avoid it altogether so I’d rather use my own simpler visuals.

The following is taken from the website kuthumi-hands.com by James Oliver Cyr.

This extraordinarily powerful invocation was given to Humanity by Lord Maitreya (The Master of The Masters) back in 1945 A.D. as the Second World War was coming to a close. Maitreya was The World Teacher in The Office of The Christ Consciousness for Earth’s Spiritual Hierarchy (see “Who Are The Spiritual Hierarchy?“) at the time and had held The Position for 2600 years. It was the first time that the occult invocation had ever been released for mass usage by Those Who oversee the evolutions of all Kingdoms of Nature on this planet. The world crisis had precipitated accelerated action on the part of Hierarchy.

The wording of this invocation is a modernized translation of a very ancient sacerdotal language called Senzar, which was known to and used by the Initiates of the Mystery Schools all over the world from mid-Atlantean Times. It’s mystical phrases were originally seven in number to mirror the septenary beingness of all in this universe (see “A Septenary Universe“). Maitreya made it more relevant and comprehensible to modern Man.

Planet Earth is a free-will system of evolution in which all of those incarnate on the planet are given their freedom to choose how they will express their will, and Higher Beings (e.g. Hierarchy) will not infringe or impose Themselves upon that free will (the Law for this solar system having been enacted by The Lords of Karma). Consequently, invocations such as this are a means for humans to express their free will in calling forth the energies and the activities of The White Brotherhood to benefit Humankind and the planet.

The great energies of The 7 Rays (see “The Seven Rays Explained“) are continually being manipulated and focused and transformed and modulated by Senior Members of The Hierarchy in accordance with the Master Plan of The Planetary Logos, but this invocation, as used by increasing numbers of people, allows The Ascended Masters and The 3 Great Lords (The Manu, The Christ, The Mahachohan) to accelerate and intensify and potentize the usage of the energies for the evolutionary advancement of all life on the planet. The invocation allows an evocative response from The Higher Ups by Law.

This invocation is calling for the Divine Energies of The 3 Aspects of The Triune Godhead (The Will of God, The Love of God, and The Mind of God). We must ask first in order to receive, and we are asking for the Third Ray Energies in the “Light within The Mind of God”, the Second Ray Energies in the “Love within The Heart of God”, and the First Ray Energies in the “Will of God”. Rays 4 through 7 are contained within and projected from The Third Ray, so all of the Rays are being invoked, and Humanity is crying out for The World Teacher and His Ascended Masters to return in physicality to the Earth. We are both asking and giving permission for all of this to happen. The project has been known as the Externalization of The Spiritual Hierarchy, and we are also giving our energetic invocative support of the Plan of Sanat Kumara (Lord of The World).

It is recommended that you use this invocation in triangular formation with two other people, which increases the power of its response. Maintaining a focus on the Ajna Chakra between the eyebrows, say the words aloud while visualizing a triangle of white light above your heads, and link that light to other triangles around the world.

Once the invocation has been memorized, there are other visualizations which may and should be used. While saying, “From the point of Light ……. “, picture The Buddha in lotus posture with right hand raised in blessing, and picture bright golden light radiating from His hand and His 4th and 6th Chakras into the minds of people everywhere. While saying, “Let Light descend on Earth”, picture the sun (Solar Logos) emanating beams of white light which cover the Earth.

When saying, “From the point of Love …….. “, picture The Christ (The One awaited as The Messiah, The Imam Mahdi, The Bodhisattva of Compassion, and The Avatar of the Aquarian Age) with upraised hands in blessing, radiating a brilliant rose-colored light from His Heart Chakra and hands into the hearts of people everywhere.

When saying, “From the Center where The Will of God is known (Shamballa)”, picture a large globe of brilliant white light over the Gobi Desert of China (the location of Shamballa in the Higher Aetheric), and from this intensely white sphere picture that white light entering the world and prompting action on the part of Mankind.

Those who use this invocation serve as the channels or conduits for the energies coming from Earth’s Hierarchy and emanating out into the world at this physical level of being. You will both benefit yourself and all life on the planet by transmitting these energies. It is fairly obvious that the more people (and triangles) involved in working with this invocation, the more powerful will be its effects, an increase in geometric proportion not arithmetic.

The simplicity of this Great Invocation is elegant. There are none more powerful in modern languages. This was given by The World Teacher Himself, overshadowed as He was by Cosmic Beings known as The Spirit of Peace and The Avatar of Synthesis. By using it we are speeding up the approach of the New Aquarian Age and the actual physical embodiment of most of The Masters associated with the Human Kingdom, Who prepare the way for The Christ. It is only through Humanity that the Master Plan for Earth may be accomplished so as not to abrogate their free will. Ask and ye shall receive. Seek and ye shall find. Knock and it shall be opened unto you. Invoke and ye shall evoke the needed response. It won’t be long now for The Great Ones to be walking amongst us. Some are already here.

The Immortal, Book 1 by JJ Dewey is another book I have discovered along my journey and in it is this lovely and powerful song/decree/prayer called the “Song of the 144,000” given by John the Baptist. I say this song as part of my daily decree routine. JJ is offering the first book for free at his website. Here is an excerpt of the chapter containing the song:

“So, are you going to teach us the song then?” I asked eagerly.

“Yes,” John replied. “Get a pen and paper and write down the words precisely as I tell them to you. This is one teaching you are not to put in your own words, but must be exactly memorized.”

I got the materials and prepared to write. “I’m ready,” I said, poised for revelation.

John began by closing his eyes for a moment. Then he opened them and slowly spoke these beautiful words:

“We thank you Father that you have revealed to us your protective universal light; that within this light is complete protection from all destructive forces; that the Holy Spirit of Your Presence permeates us in this light, and wherever we will the light to descend.”

John paused a moment and closed his eyes. As Elizabeth and I looked on in wonder, we became aware of a white light, ever so softly at first, growing in radiance about an arm’s reach from John’s body until we could hardly gaze upon it. Then, a few seconds later, we noticed a radiant light beginning to manifest and dance around our own bodies. After about another minute the three of us were like three glowing suns of light.

Then John spoke again:

“We thank you Father that you fill us with your protective fires of Love; that within this love is complete protection from all destructive thoughts and feelings; that the consciousness of Christ is lifted up in us in this love, and wherever we will the love to be enflamed.”

John was silent again, and after a few seconds we noticed bright yellow, pink and magenta color added to his aura of light. Shortly thereafter, we noticed it in our own spheres of light. Then we felt the fire of tremendous love. It was a love and fire that permeated to the very soul and was very delicious to the spiritual taste, something beyond our power to put in words. Somehow Elizabeth and I both sensed we were all feeling it together; and even though we had not felt this intensity before, it seemed very natural and welcome.

Then, just as we were enjoying the greatest experience of our lives, John opened his eyes and spoke again:

“We thank you Father that you are in us and we are in you; that through us Your Will is sent forth on wings of power; that Your Purpose is accomplished on earth as it is in heaven; that through us Your Light and Love and Power is manifest to all the Sons and Daughters of Mankind.”

This time, a deep violet with edges of gold manifested in his aura and again spread to our own light. In addition to feeling the Presence of Spirit and great Love, we now felt a sense of enormous Power that was overwhelming. If we had any doubt about the existence of a Supreme being before, they vanished when we felt such a great manifestation. The sense of power seemed so great it felt as if the one who possessed it could snap his fingers and make the world disappear if desired. It was indeed a humbling experience.

John stretched both hands outward, and the light seemed to circulate around the three of us as if we were one life. Then he said quietly, “Ask yourself… When you are in this state is it even possible to feel any fear? Can you sense it would be impossible for the Dark Ones to disturb this peace?”

I looked at Elizabeth. “The way I feel right now, I can’t even imagine anything negative existing, let alone fear it.” Elizabeth nodded, smiling, in agreement. She seemed unable to speak.

John lowered his arms and the light began to fade, but even when it was gone we continued to feel a great peace within us. After a moment John spoke again, “You, my friends, have just heard the Song of the 144,000 before the throne of God. There are already groups of 144,000 singing the song on the spiritual planes, but this is the beginning of the spiritual song upon the earth. Soon, it will be on earth as it is in heaven; and there will be 144,000 and more who will feel the Light and Love and Power of the Father-Mother God and allow themselves to be a note played within the music of the spheres.”

After contemplating this beautiful vision I asked, “Are we supposed to say this song or prayer on a regular basis?”

“Yes,” said John. “Say it together at least once a day and say it as an individual at least once a day. Each time you say it, however, visualize all those who can sing the song of the soul as if they were in your presence and enjoying the light and love and power you have felt here tonight. As each new person learns the song the whole will be strengthened and energized.”

John paused and continued, “My time is short and I will teach you more later on this subject.”

We said our good-byes and again watched John walk off into the darkness.

That night Elizabeth and I said the song together before going to bed. We didn’t see a visible light or feel the fire as we did when John said it, but we felt a peaceful feeling… and Elizabeth was able to fall into a deep sleep without fear of another dark attack.

Bruce Lipton’s book “The Biology of Belief” changed my whole perspective about health and the body and our power to create. I used to believe what everyone else believed and didn’t know any better and it was such a revelation to discover that our thoughts and feelings are more instrumental to our heath than we realized. Since then I have learned far more about the power of our mind over our body and our life.

You are a tri-part being, made of body, mind, and spirit. You will always be a tri-part being, not just while you are living on the Earth. There are those who hypothesize that upon death the body and the mind are dropped. The body and the mind are not dropped. The body changes form, leaving its most dense part behind, but retaining always its outer shell. The mind (not to be confused with the brain) goes with you, too, joining with the spirit and the body as the one energy mass of three dimensions, or facets.

The soul watches this whole drama play out, year after year, month after month, day after day, moment after moment, and always holds the Truth about you. I first learned about the Violet Flame in August, 2017 when I discovered the Ascended Master Teachings. Before then I had never spoken decrees or invocations and I really took to calling forth the Sacred Fire with no disbelief or hesitation. The Sacred Fire is the Activity of God – there are 12 Rays of Deity, the Violet Flame of Transmutation is the 7th. The Violet Flame clears the energy trapped in your field through your misuse of energy – anything negative that causes discord, even mild dislike. I give this decree at least six times a day – it’s so short and when you give it fast it increases the vibratory action and makes you feel it more, at least it does with me. Plus it’s fun visualizing the flame as a mighty bonfire flowing through me, purifying my darkness into light.

“The Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth have revealed that in this year of 2012, through the unified efforts of awakening Humanity and the Company of Heaven, we have reached a critical mass of collective consciousness that is allowing the Earth to receive higher and infinitely more powerful frequencies of the Violet Flame than we have ever been able to withstand. This Sacred Fire is known in the Realms of Cause as the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection.

The Company of Heaven said this frequency of the Violet Flame has the ability to transmute lifetimes worth of our misqualified energy in “the twinkling of an eye.” That is wonderful, because we are in the midst of the greatest purging and cleansing process the world has ever known. As Humanity awakens and the Light of God increases on Earth, everything that conflicts with God’s Light is being pushed to the surface to be healed and transmuted back into Light. When I first learned about the Law of Attraction I learned about the concept of money being energy. Then last year I discovered Ascended Master Teachings and my study went much more in depth. I read a booklet from the Bridge to Freedom called “Electrons” and it changed my entire perspective on life. I learned that everything in all of creation is made of tiny, intelligent, conscious Beings with free will called Universal Light Substance (science calls them electrons). I learned that Love is the glue that literally holds this Universe together. Love is the foundation of the Law of Attraction, it’s the attractive force of everything good.

Money is Universal Light Substance, which is created and released from the Heart of God. People that Love money naturally attract more of it to them – even if they may not be outwardly spiritual and seem ego-focused – that doesn’t matter because money doesn’t sit and judge. It only responds to the energy of the person and that determines whether you attract or repel these precious Beings into your life in the form of money.

So if you want more money in your life you need to do your inside work and clear out any thoughts, feelings and beliefs that are repelling money plus more invisible stuff like, soul contracts/agreements, vows of poverty, etc. It can/will be a long process because everyone is on their own path and has their own shit to heal and release; it has taken me years of self-development and spiritual seeking to reach a place of understanding and I finally get it. Until I learn more….. 🙂

The concept of one person or a few people saving all of humanity is prolific in our world. Whether it’s Jesus or the Justice League, humanity has for too long placed their salvation on the shoulders of others. It amazes me how many superheroes have been created (I get that nowadays it’s about money too) but in the beginning they were created out of people’s feelings of powerlessness to change the world or their own world even. I get it, I felt that way too before I was awakened and activated and began the process of turning my attention away from this world and back to God and the Higher Realms. But we are NOT powerless and ultimately each person MUST save themself because no one else is going to do it for you. Jesus cannot save everyone. It’s not his job to do it for you. He did his own internal self-development work because he was human and he had the veil of amnesia like the rest of us so he had to climb his way back up the ladder too. This process that we are all going through right now, this awakening and shifting and vibration raising and shadow healing, it’s all happening because of Cosmic Decree that it is time for the people of Earth to stop stagnating in their evolution and move forward in the Light. Earth is holding back the rest of our solar system from Ascending and enough is enough. It’s uncomfortable and it hurts and it sucks but if you do not take responsibility for your own salvation you will only cause more suffering for yourself. You can not believe a word I say and call me crazy, you can resist kicking and screaming and make excuses and let your ego tell you it’s too hard and that you can’t do it and in doing that all you are doing is creating more karma for yourself and digging an even deeper hole that you will have to dig yourself out of eventually in another incarnation or two, or 10 or 100. Because one day you WILL have to save yourself. ❤

Do you think that I am come to save you by doing all the work for you, or do you think you have to do your part?
Do you think the salvation I offer is automatic, or do you think you have to live up to certain conditions in order to be saved?
Do you think those conditions are purely outer conditions – such as being baptized or verbally declaring me to be your Lord and Savior – or do you think they are inner conditions?
Do you think salvation is an outer process – you fulfill outer requirements and are allowed into an external kingdom – or do you think it is an inner process, whereby you go through a transformation of consciousness?
If you have been brought up in a mainstream Christian church, you have been conditioned to believe in the external, passive salvation. Yet let me contrast that image with the reality of my own words.”

We are created from Divinity, every single one of us has a spark of God within our hearts. We are created in the image of God, not as humans but our energetic selves, our Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self. Human is just a role you’re playing until you Ascend or incarnate on another planet that may or may not be humanoid. So while you’re here on Earth being human, where do you place your attention most of the time? Are you so lost and absorbed in this 3D density that you have completely forgotten Who You Really Are so you focus on your imperfection, the human ego and other aspects of the personality? Or do you remember those Divine aspects of yourself, of which you are the physical individualization, and look up to give them Love, adoration and appreciation for the life they give you in every Eternal Now moment? You have the ability by placing your attention on Above, to transcend your human limitations and RISE, RISE higher than everything going on around you. By keeping your thoughts on High as much as possible throughout your day, you begin to shift your world from 3D to 5D as Planet Earth Herself is raising in vibration. The more you align your thoughts to Above and give Love, appreciation and adoration the more amazing you feel, peace of mind you receive and security you have knowing that you are always being taken care of and cared for. And the absolute best way you can help collective humanity right now is to raise your own vibrations and let your light shine brighter and heal and release the shadow within you because what you do for yourself you do for humanity. The best way to do that is to ask for more light from Above. These Beings are, essentially, a lifeline to help pull you out of the muck of effluvia that otherwise keeps you bound and trapped in these energies. GET UNSTUCK FROM THE MUCK! Your energy is constantly going out into your world and beyond, as you affect the collective energy so does it affect you so what you put out comes right back to you. There are millions of people that don’t have enough to eat every day so I know how fortunate I AM to have food abundance. I AM thankful to be able to eat whatever I want whenever I want and to have such easy access it enables the easy life of convenience that I enjoy.

I’m also aware of how much work goes into producing and distributing all of this food, and how many Beings are involved, human and non-human. It takes an incredible amount of energy to maintain a planet of 3D physical density. So now I make a point to remember to send Blessings of Love and appreciation to all I can think of related to everything I eat and drink. I don’t remember every single time but pretty close, especially if it’s really tasty and makes me even more thankful. ?

Whatever you think, whatever you say, after the words “I am” sets into motion those experiences, calls them forth, brings them to you.
There is no other way the universe knows how to work. There is no other route it knows to take. The universe responds to “I am” as would a genie in a bottle.

Yes, that’s how it works. The moment you say “I want” something, the universe says “Indeed you do” and gives you that precise experience—the experience of “wanting” it!
Whatever you put after the word “I” becomes your creative command. The genie in the bottle—which I Am—exists but to obey.
I produce what you call forth! You call forth precisely what you think, feel, and say. It’s as simple as that.

Stop feeling like a victim and take control of your life. You are not powerless, you are very powerful if only you would remember that and take back control of your mind. It is time for your ego to relinquish power over you. You DO NOT have to live in fear of the unknown.

You might be thinking, “You’re delusional if you think you are actually physically invisible to anyone” and obviously my body is not becoming transparent and I’m not disappearing into thin air. (that only happens when you raise your vibration high enough that your cells are vibrating so rapidly they propel you into the higher dimensions where everyone else lives)

What happens when you say and think this (or any) affirmation, is you are choosing what you are aligning to. Alignment is what determines so much of what happens to you and what you create in your life.

In using affirmations you are telling the Universe what you do want in a positive format so you essentially DO become invisible to anyone who is misaligned to what you are demanding. That way you don’t even show up on the radar of thieves, hackers and fraudsters, and the events of identity theft, etc. that happen to countless people no longer have to affect you because you will no longer align to receiving them. (As long as they are not part of your Divine Plan – which means you have to experience something like that to learn some lesson set up by your soul or Higher Self.) (Or repayment of a karmic debt) There are so many variables we just don’t know about!

I have been very fortunate that my lifestream so far has been free of these kinds of people and the situations that come with them. Luckily those experiences have not been in my Divine Plan and hopefully never will be. But it doesn’t hurt to align my thoughts with invisibility to them just in case.

“I AM” affirmations work immediately and when you build up a momentum of energy with consistent usage they become even more powerful. You build more power and momentum if you commit to repeating them out loud at least 3, 6 or 9 times with deep feeling (positive feeling energizes the words/thought and makes it manifest) the same time every day.

**Update Jan 2020*** Because I have been using this affirmation for two years now I thought I had built up enough momentum so I don’t lock my car doors, even in my driveway overnight. My car did get burglarized and even though there’s not much to steal they did take some things. The reason I’m sharing is to share my choice of action.

When I first realized I had been burgled I was very calm and didn’t immediately plunge into the lower frequency feelings of anger or whatever else. I could have taken this as evidence that these affirmations don’t work and are all a bunch of bullshit. But I know better than that. I was actually surprised more than anything because I thought I had raised my vibration beyond that of being in alignment with theft but this showed me that either (or both) I clearly haven’t yet or maybe this is a karmic thing being balanced, I don’t know. But what I do know is that I could have reacted in either a productive (higher frequency) or counter-productive (lower frequency) way. I chose the productive way and stayed high blessing the person or people who is/are playing the burglary game and my alignment with it.

I choose to continue to believe in affirmations because we all need something to believe in and all of my other affirmations are always working for me. Just because one event happened isn’t going to change my mind of their efficacy. I’m not that easily swayed. If anything this has made me more resolute to ramp it up, that I clearly have more work to do. I will admit that I do now lock my car overnight but not during the day when I’m out and about. I feel like this was an isolated event and don’t believe it will happen again. Remember: YOUR REACTION IS YOUR CHOICE. Do you choose productive or counter-productive?

Even if you don’t know about the Law of Attraction, you know that when you feel gratitude, Love and appreciation for Higher Powers, other humans, animals and the Nature Kingdom and everyone and everything in general you feel good. The vibration of Love and appreciation is as high as it gets so the more moments throughout your day you spend in that energy obviously the better you will feel every day and soon you will notice how easy it becomes to stay in that space. And if you do know about the LOA, you know that when you feel good, you attract more good into your life. Sometimes it’s fun to make a game of it, and see how many things I can think of to appreciate and send Love to. If I’m at the river or in nature it’s endless!

You can’t have two thoughts at one time so if you are admiring beauty or thinking how amazing clouds are you are not thinking about how shitty your life is. If you are depressed, redirect your thoughts to admiring something beautiful and I bet you’d be surprised how quickly you begin to feel better, at least in that moment, because Love/appreciation/gratitude overrules all lower negative energies.

Every time I hear about a bacteria outbreak like salmonella in bagged salads or eggs or peanut butter and all of the people that got sick it makes me wish they knew that it doesn’t necessarily have to happen to them. Of course, I don’t know what’s in their Divine Plan, maybe they had to go through that experience or die for some reason known only to their soul and Higher Aspects, but I also know that alignment is such a huge factor in how our realities unfold every day. I’m so happy to be a conscious creator of my world, and to know that tools and resources like affirmations, invocations and decrees work to help me choose what I want in my life. I know they work because I have been using affirmations for years, and have had evidence of success many, many times. In the beginning it does take Faith and Trust in the invisible Higher Powers.

When your thoughts are clear and steadfast, begin to speak them as truths. Say them out loud. Use the great command that calls forth creative power: I am. Make I-am statements to others. “I am” is the strongest creative statement in the universe. Whatever you think, whatever you say, after the words “I am” sets into motion those experiences, calls them forth, brings them to you.
There is no other way the universe knows how to work. There is no other route it knows to take. The universe responds to “I am” as would a genie in a bottle.

In Blessings

One of my favorite things to do is sit in contemplation and think. I think about what I’ve learned, which usually results with me asking more questions because there’s so much I don’t know. SO MUCH! I sit and think about the other personalities/incarnations my soul has created and how much work they did to get my consciousness to the level I’m at in this life, how I am the physical expression of my Mighty I AM Presence, that my Holy Christ Self is the energy transformer between me (my Conscious Self) and my I AM Presence and how many other aspects of me exist in higher dimensions that I don’t even know about. I was told by someone in 2015 that my soul is a Bodhisattva soul, which means it has chosen the direct path to enlightenment – which is faster and more difficult than the slower spiral path – and that makes total sense when I reflect on my life and where I am now.

I am constantly in wonder and awe every time I learn something new and when I contemplate the wonderous, magnificent creation I’m a part of. I’m thankful to know what I know and am enjoying this magic carpet ride of exploration and re-discovery of myself. I’m so thankful to have reached this glorious state of consciousness where I adore, treasure and truly Love every single aspect of my Being as an expression of Divine Source. I Love who I AM now and who I AM becoming. And I hope that one day you will join me if you aren’t already here with me now. Many Blessings of Love to you all. ?

If you’ve never given an invocation it’s basically a prayer you say out loud. Normal speaking voice is fine and with as much good feeling/Love you can muster. Louder is not better. What’s most important is your intention and feeling. Consistency is key; if you can say this invocation at least once a day (same time every day will generate more power) it will release the most benefit. This invocation take me only a couple of minutes and while I say the words I visualize in my mind’s eye the picture the words create. Do the best you can, all is appreciated!

Being on a spiritual/self development path can be incredibly challenging when everyone around you is not, and sometimes it feels like they are actively working against your progress! Well sometimes they are; some people feel threatened by another’s forward progress because they are afraid of what that will mean for them. Maybe they feel like they’ll get left behind when you evolve faster than them, aren’t a vibrational match any longer and so drop out of your life forever. Maybe they are insecure and afraid to claim their power and don’t want you to claim yours either so they do their best to sabotage you at every turn. There are so many invisible variables that influence human behavior – trying to figure out people’s intentions is a great way to get a headache – believe me I’ve tried to understand people’s behaviors and actions with little success. Most of the time they don’t even know why they do what they do either!

I’ve come across another fabulous article to help you on your journey – 11 Tips to Be Positive When Everyone Around is Negative from Self Development Secrets. I agree with everything they say, this is a very well written post in my opinion. Every tip is important and should be considered equally. However, I would like to emphasize #3. Focus on You. When you do this everything else falls into place. When you acknowledge and accept that YOU are the only person you are responsible for and have any control over as a sovereign being and extension of Source energy then you will begin to have more peace of mind in dealing with others. You simply cannot and do not control anyone else’s thoughts, feelings and actions and when you try you cause yourself and everyone involved more suffering. So stop focusing on them and their actions towards you and start focusing on yourself and how you can be more mindful and detached.

I would also like to add to #8. Don’t Dwell. Your ego along with your etheric body will replay interactions/situations/scenes like broken records over and over in your mind until you cry mercy. When you find yourself thinking (again) about something that already happened it may be because there is a lesson you did not take the time to fully realize, explore and acknowledge. A big lesson I’ve learned on my path is the importance of going within every day. The longer the better. When I spend time in solitary contemplation, I can observe and analyze with detachment each interaction free of the energies of the moment and reflect on what I could have improved in each situation. What could I have done better? How could I have reacted in a way that’s for the highest good of all? How can I have compassion for myself and anyone else involved? Is this person/situation returning karma that I must heal and release or it will come back over and over again until I do? After you’ve learned what you can from the interaction and your mind still replays the scene again then you need to take control and tell yourself “Enough! I don’t want to think about that anymore!” and redirect your thoughts to something else. After doing that a few times and not giving it any more energy, it will fade away as long as you let it go.

I would like to end with something else I’ve learned on my path: if you try to do this alone you will cause yourself much more suffering than if you reach out for help. And not help from other humans – they’re in the same 3D energies you are AND they have their own agendas/programming to bias any help they give you. No, the best help is from above. Do you have any idea how many glorious Beings are ready to help you and all you have to do is ask? The multiple higher aspects of yourself – your soul, Holy Christ Self, I AM Presence to start, not to mention the countless Beings on your Spirit Squad (what I call them :)) in addition to Ascended Masters, Archangels/angels, Galactic Families, Creator/God, the list is endless! You are never alone and all you have to do is ask! I like using affirmations, decrees and invocations and if you need a recommendation I would be happy to help you! I resonated so deeply with their words and energy they felt like my older brothers and sisters and instantly I knew I had found the answers I had been searching for. In Blessings

When I sit in contemplation and think about my parents, ex-boyfriends, and all of the people that have been in my life, I thank them for the contribution they have made in any way to shaping me, sculpting me and sandblasting me to become the person I am today. My analogy is sand paper. The people in my life briefly or outer acquaintances I call fine grit – they did a little shaping and it was relatively painless. Next are the people in my life longer or that are closer to me who do a little more sculpting, they remove more than just the outer layer and it hurts a little more – I call them medium grit. Finally, the grand poobah of sand paper, coarse grit. This special level is reserved for family and those other dear people who trigger you to no end. They sandblast the shit out of you with high powered sanders and just when you think you’re shiny and perfect bam! they hit you with another spray of sand.

If you are able to pull back, go within and recognize that these dear souls are the treasure in your life providing an immense service to your evolution and growth you would begin to see them not as thorns in your side but as glorious opportunities to heal returning karma and transcend the human limitations keeping you stuck on your Ascension path. You know that before we all incarnated together we made contracts with each other to help us all grow and evolve more in each lifetime. So if you are resistant to seeing the value they bring to your life and refuse to learn from every interaction, if you refuse to expand your capacity and go beyond your comfort zone you will have to experience these trigger people over and over and over until you get it. Until they bring you to your knees in surrender. They WILL break your ego shield eventually so the question is: how much suffering do you choose to put yourself through?

If you are reading this you are already on the Lightworker/Spiritual path and probably already know that because humans have been created with free will, and because the Beings in the higher dimensions honor and respect this free will, they cannot and will not directly interfere with our evolution. Remember the Prime Directive from Star Trek? Well where do you think that came from? It is Cosmic Law that the beings in the dimension that needs help, i.e humans in the 3rd dimension of Earth, have to ask for help in order to receive it. The Beings in the higher dimensions will not violate the Law of God to help us out of the mess we created unless we ask.

I’ve always loved animals; as a kid growing up my brother and I had lots of cats that we adored. But it wasn’t until I adopted my current cat Jammie **correction – SHE adopted ME** that I realized just how special a furry companion can be. From the first day I took her home, she has proven to be a very special Being indeed. That very first day, I had the cat carrier on my lap in the car and I opened the top to look at her and – this is going to sound VERY weird and cheesy for non animal people – but we locked eyes and something just clicked. It was like we were instantly bonded in that moment and forever. I have never been able to actually explain in words because it’s a feeling beyond words, unexplainable, you just have to feel it for yourself.

Through all the years we’ve been together she has been my constant companion through four moves, one ex-boyfriend and his Precious furry canine companion (whom he also had a special bond with, she’s now passed on) and many new adventures. Jammie is the most self-aware cat I’ve ever encountered, more than the other two cats who have also agreed to live their lives with me right now. I feel like she’s my counterpart because she walks alone too, apart from the other cats, and her consciousness is far ahead of theirs too. She has helped me grow and expand my capacity to generate Love. And my Love for her is helping her grow too. Like St. Francis of Assisi.

As other pet parents will attest, sometimes you forget they’re animals because they act so much like humans – they eat human food (Jammie eats corn on the cob, avocado, coconut oil and other human foods) they talk back – sometimes you even have conversations (oh is that just our crazy?), they listen (when they want), they comfort you, but unlike humans, they Love you no matter what. They are Beings of pure Love. The unconditional Love and Adoration you receive from an animal is a treasure beyond words. Sometimes I Love Jammie so much my heart is bursting wide open. Ask me a year ago if I would be devastated if she passed on and left me and I would say YES! my life would be so affected. But now as I progress on my Ascension path and learn the art of detachment, I turn my attention upwards and believe that as I’ve filled my heart with Love and Adoration for My I AM Presence and the Beings from Above that I will be ok when she moves up in her evolution. She said she’ll give me two more years and I’ll take it! But as I live in the Present here and now, when she’s out of sight she’ll be out of mind and that’s how it should be. I love her with all my heart now and when she’s gone I won’t look back.

One of the most challenging parts of the being mindful about money/Law of Attraction process I experienced was observing my reaction to people asking me for money. And boy were there a lot of them! At some point I made the connection that they were there to help me see where I needed to improve, heal and release these feelings of lack. I know that my Higher Self placed me in the perfect timing to be in the right place at the right time to be confronted with my feelings about giving. Over a period of months in every interaction I began changing my feelings of lack to feeling thankful for what I do have knowing that it could always be worse.

One time, in 2017 I believe, I was planning to go to the store at some point during the day. Suddenly I felt like I really should go NOW so I did, figuring it was my mind wanting to get it done. As soon as I arrived at the shopping center, a man asked me for help. I can’t remember now what he said or how I got involved but I learned that their tire needed to be replaced and of course, they were flat broke. I was thinking how I could help them when a thought popped into my mind that I could buy them a used tire. Then my mind tried to stop me but I knew that this was a test, a make or break moment when I could either choose wealth or lack. So I imagined how I would feel and what I would do if I was a millionaire and I knew instantly I would buy them a new tire, or probably all four. Well, I still have to act within my parameters and budget because if I bought them all four that would NOT affirm my abundance and instead cause me to feel lacking in money. But one used tire installed for $40? Yeah, I CAN afford that! So I did. And I felt so wealthy! And I truly imagined myself to be a millionaire. So you see, every act can either affirm your wealth consciousness or your lack/poverty consciousness. And every act builds on the next. And eventually you start really feeling it and wealth consciousness now becomes your default. You have to expand your perception of your wealth in order to really start feeling wealthy.

This could be the most interesting question in the book. The usual method of creation for most human beings is a three-step process involving thought, word and deed, or action.

First comes thought; the formative idea; the initial concept. Then comes the word. Most thoughts ultimately form themselves into words, which are often then written or spoken. This gives added energy to the thought, pushing it out into the world, where it can be noticed by others.

Finally, in some cases words are put into action, and you have what you call a result; a physical world manifestation of what all started with a thought. Everything around you in your man-made world came into being in this way—or some variation of it. All three creation centers were used. But now comes the question: how to change a Sponsoring Thought? Yes, that is a very good question. And a very important one. For if humans do not change some of their Sponsoring Thoughts, humankind could doom itself to extinction.

The most rapid way to change a root thought, or sponsoring idea, is to reverse the thought-word-deed process.
Do the deed that you want to have the new thought about. Then say the words that you want to have your new thought about. Do this often enough and you’ll train the mind to think a new way.
…You are what you think you are. It’s a vicious circle when the thought is a negative one. You’ve got to find a way to break out of the circle. So much of your present experience is based on your previous thought. Thought leads to experience, which leads to thought, which leads to experience. This can produce constant joy when the Sponsoring Thought is joyous. It can, and does, produce continual hell when the Sponsoring Thought is hellatious.

The trick is to change Sponsoring Thought. I was about to illustrate how to do that.
The first thing to do is reverse the thought-word-deed paradigm. Do you remember the old adage, “Think before you act”?
Well, forget it. If you want to change a root thought, you have to act before you think.

Example: you’re walking down the street and come across an old lady begging for quarters. You realize she’s a bag lady and is living day-to-day. You instantly know that as little money as you have, you surely have enough to share with her. Your first impulse is to give her some change. There’s even a part of you that’s ready to reach in your pocket for a little folding money —a one, or even a five. What the heck, make it a grand moment for her. Light her up.

Then, thought comes in. What, are you crazy? We’ve only got seven dollars to get us through the day! You want to give her a five? So you start fumbling around for that one.
Thought again: Hey, hey, c’mon. You don’t have that many of these that you can just give them away! Give her some coins, for heaven’s sake, and let’s get out of here.

Quickly you reach into the other pocket to try to come up with some quarters. Your fingers feel only nickels and dimes. You’re embarrassed. Here you are, fully clothed, fully fed, and you’re going to nickel-and-dime this poor woman who has nothing.

You try in vain to find a quarter or two. Oh, there’s one, deep in the fold of your pocket. But by now you’ve walked past her, smiling wanly, and it’s too late to go back. She gets nothing. You get nothing, either. Instead of the joy of knowing your abundance and sharing, you now feel as poor as the woman.

Why didn’t you just give her the paper money! It was your first impulse, but your thought got in the way.

Next time, decide to act before you think. Give the money. Go ahead! You’ve got it, and there’s more where that came from. That’s the only thought which separates you from the bag lady. You’re clear there’s more where that came from, and she doesn’t know that.

When you want to change a root thought, act in accordance with the new idea you have. But you must act quickly, or your mind will kill the idea before you know it. I mean that literally. The idea, the new truth, will be dead in you before you’ve had a chance to know it.
So act quickly when the opportunity arises, and, if you do this often enough, your mind will soon get the idea. It will be your new thought.
…New thought is your only chance. It’s your only real opportunity to evolve, to grow, to truly become Who You Really Are. Your mind is right now filled with old thoughts. Not only old thoughts, but mostly someone else’s old thoughts. It’s important now, it’s time now, to change your mind about some things. This is what evolution is all about.

Remember money is only one form of energy. If you don’t have any cash on you or don’t want to give money because you aren’t comfortable with what you think they may use it for there are other ways to give and help someone. I don’t always carry cash so if I can’t give money in that instant I know I can give food or a Blessing or a thought/feeling of giving Love. I also sometimes imagine in my head a picture of giving that person money because I still want to give to them even if I don’t have physical money on hand. Keep in mind this isn’t about the person asking for money. This is about YOU and how you feel about giving. Is your heart open or closed? Giving doesn’t have to be a big act; the energy of being open to give is the same no matter how big or small you give. It’s the same as receiving. Energy is energy, it reads the same so get your human ego head out of the way and open your heart to give more and know that you CAN. Blessings are always free and very powerful. And the bonus is they come back to you tenfold. I give you all of the Blessings from my heart.

Everything you do, do out of sincerity, or the benefit of the action is lost. This is not because I won’t “reward you.” God does not “reward” and “punish,” as you know. But Natural Law requires the body, mind, and spirit to be united in thought, word, and action for the process of creation to work. You cannot fool your mind. If you are insincere, your mind knows it, and that’s that. You’ve just ended any chance that your mind can help you in the creative process.
You can, of course, create without your mind—it’s just a great deal more difficult. You can ask your body to do something your mind doesn’t believe, and if your body does it long enough, your mind will begin to let go of its former thought about that, and create a New Thought. Once you have a New Thought about a thing, you’re well on your way to creating it as a permanent aspect of your being, rather than something you’re just acting out. This is doing things the hard way, and even in such instances, the action must be sincere. Unlike what you can do with people, you cannot manipulate the universe. So here we have a very delicate balance. The body does something in which the mind does not believe, yet the mind must add the ingredient of sincerity to the body’s action for it to work.
The mind may not be able to sincerely agree that the actions of the body can bring you that which you choose, but the mind seems very clear that God will bring good things through you to another.
Whatever you choose for yourself, give to another. If you choose to be happy, cause another to be happy. If you choose to be prosperous, cause another to prosper. If you choose more love in your life, cause another to have more love in theirs. Do this sincerely—not because you seek personal gain, but because you really want the other person to have that—and all the things you give away will come to you.
The very act of your giving something away causes you to experience that you have it to give away. Since you cannot give to another something you do not now have, your mind comes to a new conclusion, a New Thought, about you—namely, that you must have this, or you could not be giving it away. This New Thought then becomes your experience. You start “being” that. And once you start “being” a thing, you’ve engaged the gears of the most powerful creation machine in the universe—your Divine Self. Whatever you are being, you are creating. The circle is complete, and you will create more and more of that in your life. It will be made manifest in your physical experience. This is the greatest secret of life. It is what Book 1 and Book 2 were written to tell you. It was all there, in far greater detail.
If you give to another as a contrivance, a manipulation meant to get something to come to you, your mind knows this. You’ve just given it a signal that you do not now have this. And since the universe is nothing but a big copying machine, reproducing your thoughts in physical form, that will be your experience. That is, you will continue to experience “not having it”—no matter what you do!

This is another exercise I practiced with the Law of Attraction. When I first started doing this, all sorts of negative thoughts and feelings came up and it took me awhile to document them and sort through them to begin the process of healing and releasing them. Eventually I did and now I feel confident and a lot more positive about my financial abundance and where I am with my beliefs about money. Once you do that you will have a lot of fun making this into a game that will help you feel good and raise your vibration. Thank you bring me more!

Changing from lack/poverty consciousness to wealth/abundance consciousness is a process and takes time to go through so don’t expect to make giant Grand Canyon leaps all at once. You’ve most likely had this programming from childhood (most of us have) and also most likely through many lifetimes as well (most of us have). I know my soul has at least two other lives of living in poverty. So take baby steps and build up. Don’t go into the Apple store or the Ferrari dealership and try to affirm your abundance when you’re not even close to that level of internal or external wealth yet. You can’t fake how you feel. But you can easily lie to yourself. So when you’re first starting on this journey, and it is a journey, start small. Go to the 99 Cent Store or Trader Joe’s or whatever and try this experiment. Observe your mind like a scientist. That’s a huge part – observing your thoughts and feelings. Over time as you are consistent and stay focused on this path you may notice your thoughts/feelings have begun to change and you’re feeling good and wealthy when you go into the same stores. Now maybe you’re ready to go to a more expensive store and see what comes up. Continue to observe yourself every day. With your single-mindedness you will begin clearing and transforming your beliefs about money and expanding your perception of your wealth. That’s when the real magic happens!

It’s not just a Blessing to have water on demand but hot water especially. I can’t even imagine living without hot water for cooking and bathing. But there are many people who do, including those who pay rent and live in a dwelling run by slumlords who don’t bother to maintain the property. So I AM very, very thankful for the Blessing of hot water and an always perfectly working hot water heater. When I say or think this affirmation I send Love and appreciation to the water heater, the pipes, everything and everyone involved in bringing this water to me.

My beautiful car is a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder. She may have more years and mileage on her but I Love her. Up until 2017 I used to manifest car troubles somewhat frequently. In 2015-2016 I used these car troubles to help me release my fear. Fear of not having enough money to pay for all of these repairs. Fear of not being supported. I was also trying to understand how manifestation worked in terms of my thoughts in relation to the objects in my life. Do things break down just because we’re in a physical world with 3D density and it’s inevitable with age or are these breakdowns connected to my energy, thoughts and feelings? In 2017 I discovered Ascended Master Teachings through the I AM Discourses, Bridge to Freedom and more. I learned about my Mighty I AM Presence. I learned about the Beings of Universal Light Substance (science calls them electrons) that every physical object is made of. I learned that if I consistently hold my attention on the Perfection of God flowing through me that by extension all of the energy in my physical objects would also hold this Perfection. During this process I began to let go of more fear – fear of being stranded on the street during traffic and the fear of getting into my car and not knowing if I would get home or if it would break down. At first it was hard to believe that this Higher Aspect of me would keep my car from breaking down just by saying some affirmations and focusing my attention on it instead of the imperfection that I see with my own eyes. I had to TRUST in an invisible Being instead of the physical world I perceive through my senses. The more I put my attention on my I AM Presence and the Higher dimensions instead of this physical world the more I KNOW that as long as I maintain my focus on above the physical objects in my life will also maintain their perfection. Things don’t have to break down if you raise your consciousness and maintain YOUR OWN Perfection. I have not had car troubles since 2016 and that is a big deal for me.

Freedom is such a magnificent feeling. Having the ability to go anywhere I want anytime I want is such a Blessing. But having the freedom and peace of mind knowing that my car (and all new cars I buy) will never break down again and that I AM always supported by my Mighty I AM Presence is a Blessing beyond words.

** Update May 2018** I contemplated this more because my car is still experiencing a wobbling at high speeds (this happened before in 2004, the trailing arms need to be replaced) and my windshield broke and I have yet to fix it. The answer that came to me is that if something is already broken before I begin using my affirmations, the Perfection of God isn’t going to magically fix it because my consciousness needs to be raised high enough to allow my Holy Christ Self to come through (this was the level of consciousness Jesus had when he performed those “miracles”) (miracles is in quotations because they are just normal occurrences of the Power of God – miracles to us because we have forgotten our Divinity). So I do need to take the human action of replacing these parts that are broken.

So what’s the point of saying affirmations then? When I repeat “I AM the Perfection of God flowing through me into my car” what actually happens is I am now qualifying the Perfection of God that already exists within each and every conscious, intelligent tiny Being of Universal Light Substance that my car is made of to once again sustain and maintain the Perfection of God within them because they were created to obey our commands and we are endowed with the Power of God to command them. So everything that is currently working perfectly will continue to work perfectly as long as I believe in the full power of my Mighty I AM Presence and keep my attention on it instead of outer appearances of imperfection. In other words, complete and absolute FAITH and TRUST that you are always taken care of by your God Self. Jesus can explain the power of “I AM” better than I can:

“When an individual thinks, feels, speaks or writes the words “I AM”, they immediately receive the attention of Life within them as well as around them. Why? Because the words “I AM” are the signal to intelligent Life to create. I learned this lesson at the feet of a Beloved Guru in India. I saw Life immediately obey the fiat or decree that followed this creative statement. It was at the feet of this Guru that I learned the power within the Creative Word “I AM” and began utilizing it Myself, enjoying the buoyant, uplifting feeling of the constructive use of any statement preceded by the word “I AM”… Life will obey you! It always has. Every creation that lives in your world constructively or otherwise is the result of the obedience of Life to your command someplace upon Life’s way. Turn to the constructive, positive, conscious use of the resurrection power of the Creative Word “I AM” and prove to yourself that intelligent Life will obey you and manifest according to your decree. There is no greater teacher than one’s own experience. TRY IT! I CHALLENGE YOU!”

**Update July 2018** For about a month now whenever I get into my car I’ve been saying either aloud or in my head, “I AM MY I AM PRESENCE DRIVING MY CAR, WRAPPING ME IN A BUBBLE OF INVISIBILITY (TO POLICE (because I like to go fast)), INVINCIBILITY AND INVULNERABILITY TO ANY AND ALL HUMAN CREATIONS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) CAR ACCIDENTS, ACCIDENTS OF ANY KIND, CAR BREAKDOWNS AND ANYTHING LESS THAN THY ALMIGHTY PERFECTION BECAUSE I AM THE PERFECTION OF GOD FLOWING THROUGH ME!” and not only do I have peace of mind knowing that I am always taken care of and looked after as I walk this physical life with ease and Grace, but my car doesn’t wobble so much now and I still haven’t gotten it fixed! I Love aligning my consciousness to my God-self instead of my human ego self!

My entire life I have always been healthy. As a kid I’ve never even broken a bone or been stung by a bee or anything other kids went through. My perfect health has continued long into my adult years even though I’ve gained weight and haven’t made the best choices in diet and nutrition. And even during the years I didn’t show my body any Love because I was unhappy with how it looked (even though I created it). It wasn’t until I discovered the book “You Can Heal Your Life” by Louise Hay and began doing mirror work that I started to give my beautiful body acceptance, Love and appreciation. I know what a Blessing it is to have such perfect health and I give thanks every day. I’ve also learned (through Ascended Master Teachings) that there is an Elemental attached to my physical body that helps maintain its optimal condition so I also send Love and appreciation to this Beloved Being as well.

Before I learned about the Law of Attraction whenever I walked by a penny on the ground I would leave it because “it’s just a penny” and it wasn’t important enough for me to bother. I had no idea that that split second thought in my head was broadcasting a vibration of rejection to the Universe. And every time I had a similar thought I was essentially telling the Universe, “No thanks, I don’t want wealth and money”. Now that I am aware of how my thoughts and feelings create my vibration about money I delight in receiving little gifts of change from the Universe. I don’t care if people look at me or what they think about me stopping to pick up some dirty penny on the street. I know better. I know that I am consistently projecting that I AM open to receive and am so very thankful for all that I have! Thank you bring me MORE!

I’ve turned picking up pennies into a game I play with my Incarnation Team/Soul/Higher Self. Whenever I go out and about I ask “How many coin present instant money manifestations will I line up to today?” and see how many they line me up to. Because I AM a cooperative component so they can put me in the right place at the right time to be where that coin is on the ground. One time in I went all day without even getting one and I thought, “Man people really need to start dropping some coins so I can pick them up! and I kid you not a few minutes later I heard a coin fall onto the ground so I waited until the person left and picked up a penny! I laughed with surprise and delight and it made my heart sing with joy that they heard me and answered my thought instantly!

Over the months as I’ve played this game they have given me coins in the most surprising places and are always surprising and delighting me. Every time I receive another one it makes me so happy and instantly raises my vibration. It’s like I’m a kid again playing hide and go seek with my invisible friends. And every time I receive another one it increases my confidence of manifesting and gives me the proof/evidence our mind thinks it needs in order to believe. The other day they lined me up to receive SEVEN coins in about two hours. Now I have SO MUCH fun playing this game and it has exponentially expanded my feeling about my ability to receive wealth and create money manifestations. I could care less what anyone thinks about me picking up coins on the ground because they don’t know what I know and I know that I AM building the momentum of wealth consciousness and because I LOVE RECEIVING INSTANT MONEY MANIFESTATIONS and am constantly affirming that I AM CONSTANTLY RECEIVING PRESENTS FROM ABOVE I know that ALL OF MY WEALTH COMES FROM ABOVE! Actually the weirder the spot where the money is the more it makes me feel like they put it there just so I could find it. My mom even joins me in looking for and picking them up! So the more fun you make it and the more ways you find to enjoy receiving money the more you affirm your love of money and ability to receive money freely, no strings attached. Because I AM ALWAYS RECEIVING MONEY FREELY!

When you start becoming more mindful, you begin to notice and think about the things you used to take for granted and never thought about because they were always there. Living in America and living in a home, it’s so easy to forget to appreciate the many Blessings we have that people in other countries or homeless people don’t enjoy on a daily basis. One of these Blessings is utilities. It may not feel like a Blessings when you’re paying the bills, but it would if you changed your mindset to one of appreciation that you are able to pay for electricity, water and gas on demand whenever you want. If you chose instead to Bless the Beings involved in operating the companies that deliver to your door these Blessed amenities you would be happy to pay those bills every month and raise your vibration at the same time! If you need help being appreciative, think about the people all over the world who don’t have access to these luxuries, whose life is so hard every day because they have to walk miles to get water or freeze to death from lack of heat. Or even in your community, think about the hardships homeless or low-income people experience from a lack of access to these utilities. When you imagine how they live and imagine having to live that way yourself, it becomes a lot easier to be thankful for ALL of your Blessings and stop taking them for granted should they one day be taken from you.

Water is one of the most important components for life. Along with air, food and the Universal Life Substance flowing into you through the silver cord from your Mighty I AM Presence, the human body cannot live without water. Water is made of Universal Life Substance (science calls these particles electrons) as is everything in our physical world, your body, your thoughts, everything in your Life. It is alive, conscious and intelligent – as the work of Dr. Masuru Emoto has proven. When you Bless your water, send it Love and appreciation, tape positive words on your water bottle, you raise the vibration of the water you drink which in turn raises your vibration.

Along my spiritual journey I’ve learned about the Higher Self, an aspect of us that lives in the higher dimensions that guides us and facilitates our soul growth. This Being in collaboration with our soul, plans each incarnation including what it needs/wants to experience for its evolution. This results in the experiences, good and bad, we humans manifest in our reality. The more your consciousness is evolved the easier it will be for you to see the opportunities for expansion in everything you experience. Hopefully along the way you will have learned to Love yourself, making this journey more of a blessing than a curse!

Many people have Heart-Walls and don’t even know it because modern medicine is ignorant of energetic causes of physical illness. Before an illness can manifest in the physical body, it starts out in the emotional body. If untreated and left to accumulate and build more energy, it then begins to manifest in your body. Like everyone else before I became activated/partially-awakened/conscious, I had no clue about the connection between physical disease and emotions/feelings but I was always into self-development and began to follow my guidance, even if I didn’t know what I was doing. In the early 2000s I started learning more and even though I was skeptical continued my exploration into the “spiritual world of energy”. I went to lectures at my local wellness center and discovered Reiki, hands on healing, body work and all kinds of “alternative” therapies.

When I learned about The Emotion Code in 2015, it totally made sense why my knees ached or my hips were so tight and constricted. I began to see how trapped emotions are stuck inside my body’s cell memory, waiting for me to release them.

Do you think your life just “happens” to you? Are you powerless and a victim? Does God pull the strings that control your life and you have no say? NO. Human beings are powerful creators; we are endowed with the same creative abilities God has: thought and feeling. Experiences you’ve had as a baby and throughout your life create your belief system and as an adult your thoughts create new experiences to maintain those beliefs. But beliefs, thoughts and feelings are changeable if you’re willing to do the internal work to create new mental patterns that support you instead of hold you back. As a being modeled in the image of God, it’s time to stop being so limited and realize that nothing is out of reach if you would only believe in yourself and CLAIM YOUR POWER.

I read somewhere most people think about 50,000 – 70,000 thoughts per day. How many of those do you think about yourself? How many are positive? Negative? Are you even aware of them? Do you know how they make you feel? Are any of them even directed towards your I AM Presence or God? Do you think any thoughts of Love and appreciation towards them on a daily basis?

Thanks to great progress in understanding the human mind, we are aware that our minds have different components or aspects, one of which is the ego. The human ego is not your friend, even though it’s a part of your mind. It may be hard to grasp the abstract concept that it is an aspect of human consciousness that is only out for itself. It does not care about you and will do everything it can to keep you under its control and manipulation for one purpose only: its own survival. Because if you progress on your self-development/spiritual path, when you raise your consciousness higher and higher in the Light, eventually you will have no more need for your ego because you will begin integrating it into your Holy Christ Self and it will cease to exist as it is. So the more stagnant it keeps you, the more negative thoughts it makes you focus on, the more fear and doubt it can instill in you, the slower you will grow and evolve towards Christ Consciousness.

“It all starts with the recognition that you are a self-conscious being who has free will to choose what you identify yourself as. And then you must be mindful of where you direct your attention. Again, this is addressed in greater detail by Mother Mary in her book. The concept she gives is that the Conscious You resides in a sphere, in the container of self. In that container is your I AM Presence, and when your being was first created, there was only the I AM Presence and the Conscious You within your sphere of self.
Yet when you experimented with the duality consciousness, you allowed elements of a lower vibration, elements of duality, to enter this sphere of self. And gradually, over many lifetimes, you have built a mortal sense of self that opposes or seems to oppose your I AM Presence. This is what we also call the ego.
This mortal self is made up of decisions you have made, beliefs you have come to accept. And many of those beliefs are about yourself. You might believe that you are a sinner. You might believe you are a mortal human being who will die when your physical body dies. You might believe that you cannot do this and you cannot do that. You cannot contact God directly in your heart but needs the outer hierarchy of the church, or any number of dualistic beliefs.
As these beliefs enter your sphere of self, they begin to form a gravitational force and it pulls on the Conscious You. It pulls on your attention. It is almost like the force of gravity that prevents you from rising into the air, but pulls you down to earth. Likewise, your mind is being pulled by the gravitational force of the ego that has gained entry into your sphere of self. And as long as that mortal self remains, it will have some pull on your attention and that is why your thoughts are being pulled back to these old thought patterns and habit patterns. And it seems that no matter what you do you cannot get rid of them, they keep pulling on you. ”

You also have to understand that in addition to internal pressures from your ego, there are many invisible external forces influencing your mind in any given moment. There is so much momentum built up of thousands and thousands of years of negative energy and effluvia encircling the planet in the astral realms that we are bombarded by these swirling channels of hate, jealousy and every human emotion we are able to feel. When you feel any of these negative emotions, you are tapping into these streams of momentum and not only is it affecting you in that moment but you are adding to the momentum of that negative energy. Then you take into account the Law of the Circle, aka the Law of Attraction and like attracts like, so all of the thoughts that you think (project or broadcast) on a consistent basis like every day, only brings you more of the same energy and you become stuck in a catch-22, a potentially never-ending cycle of this energetic momentum. And because we are all tied together in the collective consciousness we all affect each other, consciously or more commonly unconsciously.

You incarnated as a human being to learn how to control your thoughts and feelings. We are endowed with the same creative power as God, the Creator of All That Is. The problem is we are all creating unconsciously and we get mad or whine and complain that our lives aren’t the way we want them to be when we have free will and the Power of God within us to create and live our Dream Lives. Stop giving away your power to your ego. The best way to break yourself out of this vicious cycle that YOU created is by calling for help from Above – your I AM Presence/Higher Self, the Ascended Masters, Archangels/Angels, God, whomever you feel the most comfortable invoking through prayer, affirmations, decrees whatever. Unless you receive a lifeline of Light and Love from the higher realms you will continue to be stuck – it is just too hard to do on your own. Trust me, I know! It’s so much easier with their help! But you have to ask or they can’t help you because you have free will.
