We have been taught to look outside of ourselves for answers; from other people, the media, religion, you name it but rarely are you told to look inside yourself for guidance unless you have a meditation or spiritual practice. Because truly all of your answers really are there, you just need patience for the clarity and understanding to unfold. When you sit in stillness or do muscle testing (kinesiology) and ask your subconscious/Higher Self(ves) yes or no questions many of your answers can be found. If more complex, you can ask yourself right before you fall asleep and the answer may come to you. There’s so many ways, you just have to go within to find your own answers because no one else can tell you what’s best for you.
Description
I have found this Bella + Canvas 6400 Women’s Relaxed Tee to be true to size. I’m 5 feet tall, size 14 with a chest size of 36D. The medium is perfectly form fitting; the sleeves are slightly tight and comfortable when lightly stretched and made looser. The large is roomy with a lot of space in the midsection, at least for me. The sleeves are comfortable. I wear the large when I want a looser fit and the medium when I want a tighter fit. I really love this women’s tee!

• Athletic Heather is 90% combed and ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester
• Other heather colors are 52% combed and ring-spun cotton, 48% polyester
• Pre-shrunk fabric
• Crew neck
• Relaxed women’s fit

The unisex shirt is a Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex. It’s 100% pre-shrunk combed and ring-spun cotton.* It’s really soft to the touch and high quality with double-needle stitched sleeves and bottom hem. The fabric is thin enough to be comfortable yet thick enough not to be see through. (Maybe not white)
This shirt looks fabulous on women too. I’m a size 14 at 5′ tall and I wear a medium. You may need to order a size down but it’s super comfy and fits me well.
